HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For the USA, UK, CA, AUS most of the items it would usually take 7-14 business days, however sometimes due to the high demand of and the busy season, please allow 14-30 business days for delivery.
Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for the rest of the world because it takes time to ship the items outside of these countries.

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products.
INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION
Some of the FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might have to place another order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
